Short answer, most people don’t. The spoofer changes hardware identifiers like disk serials, MAC addresses and GPU IDs so you get a clean slate after a hardware flag. War Thunder is listed in the Easy Anti-Cheat section on the product page. If you have never had a problem, you can usually skip it.

One thing people mix up: it does not remove a ban from your account. It deals with hardware identifiers, nothing else. Account actions go through Gaijin support. Plans are $15 for a week and $35 for a month, with free updates during your key. Also read the system requirements first, since the page says Cloud DMA is required for full functionality.

Yeah the Cloud DMA line is the one people skip, then ask us about it later lol. Check the status page before you buy too. If it says online and the requirements fit your setup, you’re good to go.
