Is UGC for Buying Game Accounts or for Account Recovery?

After reading the actual description, though, it looks more like an account recovery and appeal workflow tool.
So I'm a bit confused about the naming.
Is this meant to help organize account restriction appeals, or is it actually a marketplace for buying accounts?
Those are two completely different things, so I think the product description should make it clearer.

Yeah, it talks about custom appeal workflows and restriction disputes. That's not the same thing as purchasing an account.
Also, don't assume any tool can guarantee account recovery. The final decision still belongs to the platform handling the appeal.
I'd always start with the official support process. And never hand over your login details to some random recovery service.
Agreed. The UGC product description should explain exactly what it automates and what it cannot guarantee.
