Got banned in War Thunder, what should I do first?

Read the notice and note the reason and length. Write down dates and anything you think was a mistake. Then contact Gaijin support with one clear ticket. Duplicate tickets don’t speed anything up. Stay factual and honest.

Also, a hardware flag is different from an account ban. If it is the hardware side, that is what the HWID spoofer is for. Don't mix them up.
